THANKSGIVING MENU
Local pumpkins are roasted and pureed before adding cream, eggs and simple spices. The custard is then baked into an all butter crust. Serves 8-10 people.
White wine poached pears laced with vanilla bean, star anise, cinnamon & clove; baked into an almond cream filled sucreé shell. Serves 10-12.
Local apples are baked with cinnamon, brown sugar, & nutmeg and finished with brown butter streusel.
Fruits and berries from our local farm friends are cooked with a hint of cinnamon and lemon zest and finished with a lattice top. Fruits and Berries include Strawberry, Blueberry, Raspberry, Cherry, Plum and Grapes.
Our Chocolate Sable Crust is layered with Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch, Peanut Butter Cremeux, Chocolate Peanut Butter Custard, and a swirl of gently sweetened Whipped Cream to finish.
Local Apples, Pears, Grapes and Delicata Squash are baked into a Sour Cream Custard seasoned with Nutmeg, Ginger, and Vanilla. This pie highlights the best flavors of our Western New York autumn harvest.
Crisp chocolate tart shell is filled with Milk Chocolate Ganache, Pecan Praline Crunch, Maple Pecan filling, and a bourbon diplomat cream.

Fresh ginger is infused into Ithaca Cream and Milk before stirring into a rich custard sauce. Worthy of pouring over each dessert. 8 fluid ounces.
Caramelized sugar deglazed with cream and vanilla bean. Best served warm and drizzled on everything. 8 oz.
Gently sweetened Whipped Cream with Vanilla for dolloping on your favorite pies.
